What documents are required to take out a contract online?

To take out a contract online, you will need:

  • the details of the bank account to which you want your reimbursements to be paid
  • the details of the bank account from which you want the premium to be debited if you opt for payment in instalments by direct debit from an account in France
  • your bank card

If you are subject to medical formalities, remember to provide us with all the information (dates, treatments carried out, etc.) which may be useful for processing your file.

How can I extend my contract?

You can extend your contract before it expires by sending an email to our memberships department: adhesiontemporaire.expat@april-international.com

Please indicate the desired duration. Our teams will get back to you to extend the contract and collect the payment.

NB: You have until the last day of your coverage to request an extension of your contract. If your contract is terminated, please contact our sales department by telephone +33 (0)1 73 03 41 29 or by email conseillers.expat@april-international.com or your insurance intermediary.

How can I get a receipted invoice?

You can download your invoices from your Customer Space by going to "My documents" then "My invoice".
