What is the APRIL International Customer Zone?

Your APRIL International Customer Zone allows you to:

  • Consult your policy
  • Download your insurance certificate in several languages
  • Download your insurance card wich includes emergency numbers
  • Consult your guarantees by downloading the general conditions
  • View and download your latest premiums 
  • View and download your claim statements
  • Change your bank details and information
  • Pay your premiums
  • Renew your contract if it is a temporary contract

How do I activate my Customer Zone?

After the start date of your contract, you will receive a welcome email with your username, starting with "5". This ID will allow you to log into the Clustomer Zone and the Easy Claim app.

To access your Client Area, you must first activate your account. To do this:

  • Go to the APRIL International Customer Zone link
  • Click on the "Activate my account" button
  • Enter your username - which starts with "5" - and the email address you provided when you subscribed
  • Validate

You will then receive an email confirming that your Customer Zone has been activated. 
You will be able to create your password and access your Customer Zone.

How do I find my login details to access the Customer Zone?

Your ID, which starts with "5", was sent by e-mail 24 hours after the contract enters into effect, to the email address you provided when you set up your contract.

Your ID is also available in your Wallet card on your smartphone. To download your card, go to your welcome email.

How do I reset my Customer Zone password?

You can reset the password to access your Customer Zone by clicking on this link.

Enter your login ID that starts with "5", the email address linked to your contract, and validate. A password reset email will be sent to you.

How do I change my personal information in my Customer Zone?

You can modify your personal information from your Customer Zone, by accessing the "My personal information" section. You can then change:

  • your contact details (email address, landline or mobile phone number)
  • your correspondence options (language, postal mail)
  • your contact address
  • your bank details for your claims

How do I find my insurance certificate in the Customer Zone?

You can download your insurance certificate from your Customer Zone:

  • Go to the "My documents" tab in the APRIL International Customer Zone
  • Select the beneficiary 
  • Under "Useful documents", click on "Download my insurance certificate".

Important: you can change the language of your certificate directly in your Customer Zone.
