You can download the Easy Claim app from your smartphone or tablet from the App Store or Google Play. The Easy Claim app allows you to :
- Send and track your claims
- Talk to a doctor through our telemedicine service
- Find a healthcare provider
- Make a request for hospital treatment
- Find your insurance card and useful numbers
Important: The Easy Claim app is only available with the account of the main policyholder. The login and password will be the same for all policyholders.The non-insured account holder will only have access to the Customer Zone.
24 hours after the start date of your contract, you will receive a welcome e-mail with your login details beginning with "5". This ID is the same as the one used to log into your Customer Zone.
To use the Easy Claim app, you must first activate your Customer Zone.
Then, download the app on your smartphone or tablet from the App Store or Google Play.
To log in: enter the username starting with "5" and the password you chose when activating your Customer Zone.
Important:
- The Easy Claim app will be fully functional from the date your cover takes effect. If your plan has not started yet, the system will indicate that you do not currently have an insurance plan.
- The Easy Claim app is only available with the main policyholder's account.
- The username and password will be the same for all policyholders.
Your login details were sent by e-mail 24 hours after the start date of your policy, to the e-mail address you gave when you set up your contract. It is the same number as the one used to connect to the Customer Zone and starts with "5".

You can submit your medical bills or prescriptions directly into your Easy Claim app.
- On the home page and once logged in, click on "Make a request".
- Fill in the requested information
- Take a picture of your documents to upload them to the app: invoice, medical prescription and proof of payment
- Submit your claim
You can track the status of your claims directly in your Easy Claim app.
- On the home page and once logged in, click on "See my claims history".
- All your claims have a status on the screen: "Claim being processed", "Missing details", "Reimbursed" or "Denied".
- Click on each claim to access your statements with details of the reimbursed amounts or the reason for the rejection of a claim.
Yes, you can submit your claims up to the amounts mentioned below on Easy Claim or online. Above these amounts, please send your original documents by post.

Forgot to include a document in a claim? You can add additional documents in the Easy Claim app:
- On the home page, click on the "See my claims history" button
- Choose a claim
- Select a beneficiary
- Click on "Add a document/attachment"
- Take a picture of your documents to upload them to the application
- Track your claim
Access all your useful documents in the Easy Claim application:
- On the home page, click on "Access my policy documents".
- You can then: download your insurance card and see useful contact numbers.
The Easy Claim app allows you to find a doctor who is part of the APRIL network. To do so:
- On the home page, click on "Contact a doctor".
- Then click on "Search a medical provider".
- You can geolocate a doctor recommended by APRIL: specify the city of your choice or click on the geolocation button
You have access to a free and unlimited telemedicine service via your Easy Claim app.
This service allows you to consult a doctor remotely 24/7, anywhere in the world and in the language of your choice.
A doctor will call you back within 3 hours.
- On the home page, click on "Contact a doctor".
- Then click on "Request a teleconsultation".
Important: This is not an emergency service. In case of emergency, please contact our Assistance team (contacts are on your policy card).
Through this service, you can also request a second medical opinion. A doctor will give you some advice on your situation within a maximum of 24 hours.
