How do I claim a reimbursement from the 1st Euro?

To submit your reimbursement claim, you have two options:

  1. Submit your claim via the Easy Claim app: you can use the Easy Claim app from your smartphone or tablet. All you have to do is download it and follow the steps indicated. It will allow you to submit medical invoices up to €1,000 depending on your contract. Beyond that, it is mandatory to send your claims by post.
  2. Send your claim by post: for all claims that cannot be submitted via the Easy Claim app, please send original invoices, proof of payment, medical prescriptions and any other medical documents to the following address:

How do I claim for a reimbursement with a CFE supplement?

For CFE top-up contracts, you must submit your claim via the Easy Claim app from your smartphone or tablet. Simply download the app and follow the indicated steps.

All claims are accepted, with no cap limit.

Why can't I make my reimbursement claim on Easy Claim?

In order to be able to submit a claim via the app, you must first ensure that you are eligible for this service / or that your claim does not exceed a certain amount.

Indeed, if you are not insured under the contract but only the subscriber (payer of the contribution), you do not benefit from the Easy Claim app. For confidential and medical reasons, only the insured person can submit a claim. They must then use their login to access the application.

How do I track my reimbursement claims?

You can track your claims from the Easy Claim app or via your Customer Zone. Once your Customer Zone has been activated, you will be able to access the "My reimbursements" section.

How do I add new bank account details for my reimbursements?

You can add or modify your bank details used for your reimbursements directly from your Customer Zone by following these steps:

  1. Have your bank details ready
  2. Access your account using your login starting with "5" and password
  3. Go to the "My personal info" page in the "My banking information" sectionClick on "Add new bank details" and enter your bank details
  4. Once created, click on "Select my bank details for reimbursement"
  5. Select the contract for which you wish to add bank details for reimbursement
  6. Choose the bank details to be used
  7. Click on "Validate"

How do I download my reimbursement statements?

You can download your reimbursement statements from your Customer Zone by going to "My reimbursements" then "My reimbursement statements", or from Easy Claim by going to "See my claims history".
