How do I claim for a reimbursement from the 1st Euro?

To submit your reimbursement claim, you have two options:

1. Send your reimbursement claim via the Easy Claim app:

You can use the Easy Claim application from your smartphone or tablet. All you have to do is download it and follow the steps indicated. It will allow you to submit medical invoices up to €1,000 depending on your contract. Beyond that, it is mandatory to send your claims by post.

2. Send your reimbursement claim by post:

For all claims that cannot be submitted via the Easy Claim app, please send the originals of your invoices, proof of payment, medical prescriptions and any other medical documents to the following address:

How do I claim for a reimbursement with a CFE supplement?

To submit your reimbursement claim, you have two options:

1. Send your reimbursement claim via the CFE & Moi application on your smartphone

You can use the CFE & Moi application from your smartphone or tablet. All you have to do is download it and follow the steps indicated.

If you benefit from teletransmission, the CFE statement will be sent to us and we will pay the additional part. Otherwise, you must send the CFE statement by post to the following address:

Why can't I make my reimbursement claim on Easy Claim?

To make a reimbursement claim on the application, you must first ensure that you are eligible for this service.

Indeed, if you are, for example, the member (person who pays the premium) and you use your login, you will not have access to the Easy Claim reimbursement claim service because, for confidential and medical reasons, only the insured person can make a reimbursement claim. The insured person must use their own login to make their claim via Easy Claim.

How do I track my reimbursement claims?

You can track your reimbursement claims from your Customer Space. Once your account has been activated, you can access the "My reimbursements" section.

How do I add new bank account details for my reimbursements?

You can add or modify your bank details used for your reimbursements directly from your Customer Space by following these steps:

 

  1. Have your bank details ready
  2. Access your account using your login and password
  3. Go to the "My personal info" page in the "My banking information" sectionClick on "Add new bank details" and enter your bank details
  4. Once created, click on "Select my bank details for reimbursement"
  5. Select the contract for which you wish to add bank details for reimbursement
  6. Choose the bank details to be used
  7. Click on "Validate"

How do I download my reimbursement statements?

You can download your reimbursement statements from your Customer Space by going to "My reimbursements" then "My reimbursement statements"
